ANNI ADALIA

My name is Anni. 

I am an artist, a writer, a bathroom-shower-singer, and a charismatic dancer. Oh, and I happen to have a few diagnoses such as Bipolar 1 with mixed features, Psychosis, Anxiety, and PTSD.

I have recently discovered that I don't know as much about myself as I thought I did, and what I do know, I don't know how to love. So, I have decided to share my journey in taking steps to find out who I am, what I am, and what I even want out of life.

That, and how important it is to actually love the crazy human being that you are.
